Take total control over the durometer and flexibility of your soft plastic lures. Our Premium Lure Plastisol Plasticiser is a professional-grade additive designed to work seamlessly with standard plastisol resins, allowing you to fine-tune the "action" of your baits.

Whether you need a rock-hard swim bait for high-speed retrieval or a ultra-finesse, buttery-soft worm that dances with the slightest current, this plasticiser is the essential tool for your workbench.

Why Choose Eparency Plasticiser?

  • Crystal Clear Formulation: Engineered to maintain maximum clarity. It won’t yellow or cloud your plastics, ensuring your glitters and pigments pop.
  • Superior Integration: Mixes instantly with all major plastisol brands. No separation or oily residue after curing.
  • Heat Stable: Formulated to withstand high injection and pouring temperatures without scorching or degrading.
  • Phthalate-Free: Safe for indoor pouring environments and eco-conscious lure building.

Technical Specifications & Usage

This additive is highly concentrated. We recommend adding in small increments until your desired softness is achieved.

Sizes Available 500ml, 1L, 5L

Mixing Guide

  1. Measure: Start with your base plastisol in a heat-safe container.
  2. Add: Pour in the Plasticiser. A good starting point for transforming "Medium" plastic to "Soft" is roughly 1 tablespoon per cup of plastisol.
  3. Stir: Mix thoroughly before heating to ensure a homogenous blend.
  4. Heat: Proceed with your standard heating process (Microwave or Lee Pot).

Pro Tip from the Eparency Lab

If you find your lures are tearing too easily during aggressive strikes, reduce the plasticiser ratio slightly. For cold-water fishing, increase the plasticiser to ensure your lures maintain a lifelike movement even in low temperatures.
